Job Role: Open Pit All Rounder

We are seeking experienced individuals to operate a variety of heavy machinery in an open pit environment. As an Open Pit All Rounder, you will be responsible for operating excavators, trucks, loaders and dozers efficiently, safely and competently to ensure maximum output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily pre-starts on equipment and inspect work areas
  • Operate as directed to prepare and maintain underground areas and roads
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical fitness required for the demands of the role
  • Proven ability to operate in a safe and efficient manner
