About the Role

We are seeking casual Youth workers who share our vision of improving and supporting the daily lives of young people in our care. As a Residential Youth Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes the well-being and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower young people to make informed life choices and provide personal care to support their daily routines.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with young people, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, shopping, cleaning, and meal preparation, ensuring a comfortable living space.
  • Administer medication and implement behavior support plans, working closely with the team to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Document daily shift notes and adhere to organizational policies, including Occupational Health and Safety.
Requirements
  • Hold a full NSW Driver's Licence.
  • Current Working with Children's Check (WA395 check).
  • 6 months of paid and recent experience as a Youth Support Worker in a residential setting.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Medicare Evidence of 2 COVID-19 Vaccinations.
  • Current availability to work.
