Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of educators, coordinating staffing and rosters, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include developing high-quality programs that cater to the needs of children, managing daily operations, and providing excellent customer service to families and the school community.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching, sound experience in programming, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A valid First Aid and CPR certification, as well as a current Blue Card, are also essential requirements.

Requirements
  • Completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching
  • Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A valid First Aid and CPR certification, or the willingness to obtain them
  • A current Blue Card, or the willingness to obtain one
