Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our education programs in the Southport area.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in vocational education and training, including expertise in Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and National Vet Regulator (NVR) Standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of our education programs.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and mentoring services to students in small groups.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote and recruit students who would benefit from our programs.
  • Lead and support a team of coaches, setting a positive example.
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in vocational education and training.
  • Ability to develop, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with youth populations.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Essential Criteria
  • Current driver's license.
  • Annual national police check completed within the last three months.
  • Current Working with Children's Check in the state/s of operation.
