Room Leader Position

The primary role of a Senior Educator is to lead and manage a team of dedicated educators in the delivery of exceptional educational programs.

A successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Observing, informing, and continuously improving teaching practices
  • Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to achieve better outcomes for children
  • Ensuring safety and inclusivity in every learning experience
  • Managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs

Requirements for this position include:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Blue Card
