Job Title: Principal Naval Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Naval Architect to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and providing technical expertise in naval architecture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of engineers responsible for design inputs and installation engineering
  • Performing conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards
  • Providing installation loads on offshore structures to the Structural Engineer at the Engineering phase of the project
  • Evaluating the limiting weather in which various offshore installations can be performed without overloading the installation equipment as well as the installed structures

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Naval Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in naval architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
