We are seeking an accomplished Business Services Manager to lead our Finance, Facilities, and Technology team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business success through effective management of systems, spaces, and services.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with expertise in stakeholder management, project coordination, and budgeting. They will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and fostering collaborative relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a small team of IT, Helpdesk, and Administration professionals.
  • Oversee technology operations and work with vendors to improve systems and processes.
  • Manage office spaces, leases, relocations, refurbishments, and WHS compliance.
  • Ensure facilities compliance, audits, and organizational insurances are maintained.
  • Develop and manage technology and facilities budgets, plus support forecasting for Business Support teams.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide practical, day-to-day solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in making sound decisions.
  • Experience managing budgets, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, forecasting, and alignment with priorities.
  • Knowledge of property leases, WHS, and compliance requirements.
  • Alignment with our organization's values and commitment to safe, inclusive workplaces.
  • Fully vaccinated for the Covid-19 Virus (3 doses) or accepted medical exemption certificate.
  • Current driver's license and use of own car.
