Seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to join our organization in an influential Business Partner role. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Operations in Erskine Park, leveraging global networks and local head office support to drive business outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Support Site Manager with HR-related problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement employment contracts, effectively manage site inductions for new employees, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of Australian industrial legislation and Awards interpretation, providing informed guidance to stakeholders
  • Deliver comprehensive HR advice across the employee lifecycle, including policy interpretation, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Organize training and development initiatives for all staff, conduct Exit Interviews, and foster a culture of growth and learning
  • Review and update HR policies in compliance with Australian law, ensuring regulatory adherence and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare budgets and data entry in the HR Management System, driving business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Effectively manage grievances and complaints, upholding organizational values and promoting a positive work environment

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years Human Resources experience in a similar role, preferably in a blue-collar environment, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Australian workplace law, and Awards, with the ability to interpret and apply regulations effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience managing Workers Compensation Claims, with a focus on risk mitigation and employee well-being
