Saké Restaurant & Bar in Manly is seeking casual team members for our Section Waiters, Hosts, Bartenders, and Runners roles.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in a premium/hatted setting, preferably in a Section Waiter, Host, Bartender, or Runner role.
  • Proven ability to deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation.
  • Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Friday and Saturday dinner services.
  • A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
