Our Beverage Manager will lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, combining their passion for beverage with commercial acumen. To achieve this, they will oversee beverage operations across venues and events, curate innovative menus, manage supplier partnerships, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing beverage team, leading by example and providing opportunities for growth and development.
  • Oversee all beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with licensing and health standards.
  • Curate unique and engaging beverage offerings, from signature cocktails to premium wine lists, that exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Manage supplier relationships, stock control, and cost management to drive profitability.
  • Deliver training programs to ensure excellent product knowledge and service standards are met.

Requirements

  • A minimum three years' experience in a senior beverage management role within luxury hotels, lifestyle venues, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and driving results.
  • Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, and emerging trends, with WSET III or equivalent qualification highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and supplier negotiations.
  • A creative flair, with the ability to design and execute innovative beverage concepts that delight our guests.
