Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in our Young NSW office. As a Rehabilitation Consultant Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing return to work case management services for ex-defence personnel. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring smooth transitions back into the workforce and providing holistic support through the arrangement of relevant assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Complete return to work case management of ex-defence personnel
- Provide smooth transitions back into the workforce
- Provide holistic support through arrangement of relevant assessments
- Liaise and collaborate with treating medical professionals and DVA personnel and other relevant parties
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Relevant tertiary allied health qualification required
- 12+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services
- Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
- Criminal check
