Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Bathurst office. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting NDIS participants through tailored assessments, interventions, and therapies that help them build capacity and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participants' needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote independence and wellbeing
- Collaborate with families, medical professionals, and allied health experts to ensure seamless care
- Document progress and outcomes to inform future interventions and improve participant outcomes
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and full AHPRA registration
- Experience in NDIS and/or adult or pediatric occupational therapy
- Australian working rights, national police check, and driver's license with vehicle insurance
