About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our team in Young, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing return to work case management services to ex-defence personnel, including smooth transitions back into the workforce and holistic support through arrangement of relevant assessments.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as Physiotherapist or ESSA membership as Exercise Physiologist
- Relevant tertiary allied health qualification required
- 12+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services
- Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
- Criminal check
