About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Return to Work Specialist. In this role, you will work with ex-defence personnel to provide return to work case management and support their transition back into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete return to work case management of ex-defence personnel
- Provide smooth transitions back into the workforce
- Provide holistic support through arrangement of relevant assessments
- Liaise and collaborate with treating medical professionals and DVA personnel and other relevant parties
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Relevant tertiary allied health qualification required
- 12+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services
- Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
- Criminal check
