Job Title: Graduate Rehabilitation ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Graduate Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a key role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
- Complete a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
- Use lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify potential return to work pathways in line with likely recovery milestones
- Utilize problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors
- Present case information to various stakeholders and provide credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Appropriate registration with AHPRA
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and car
