In this role, you will be at the forefront of our movement, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive adoption of our product suite.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction for Australia-based customers and taking ownership of retaining a book of business.
- You will serve as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Technical Account Management team, providing support to US-based customers expanding into Australia.
- You will foster strong cross-functional partnerships and represent the Voice of the Customer for Australian customer needs.
- Driving increased adoption of key features, new product releases, and best practices.
- Prioritising and resolving critical customer issues.
- Serving as the dedicated liaison for customer questions, issues, or escalations.
- 3+ years of work experience at a SaaS company in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with payroll strongly preferred, bonus points for HRIS or other HR/HCM SaaS.
- Excellent time management skills, prioritising tasks, and adapting on a day-to-day basis.
- A proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
- A hunger to work extremely hard on a growing team.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities.
- A passion for enabling both customers and internal teams.
