About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced self-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our dynamic and vibrant team in this exciting role.

This requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, particularly within the construction industry.

You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, promoting our shelter solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Apply your construction knowledge to understand and articulate the technical features and benefits of Dome Shelter products.
  • Identify customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to meet client specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical sales, with a strong background in the construction sector.
  • Solid understanding of construction principles and shelter solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to address and resolve complex client requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
