Reporting Insights Specialist

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality reports and insights that support our valued clients. Your passion for turning data into actionable information will drive real impact.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate and deliver daily reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to meet business needs.
  • Analyse transaction data to identify trends and insights tailored to client requirements.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear and meaningful narratives that inform business decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs to maintain credibility.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and templates to increase efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies or reporting issues promptly.

Maintain accurate documentation of reporting processes and data sources to ensure transparency. You will work closely with our data teams to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or client-facing data role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
