We are seeking an analytical professional to join our Category and Insights team on a full-time, permanent basis at our Docklands office. The successful candidate will provide data-driven recommendations and market insights to support customer-centric portfolio management.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze key performance indicators across beverages portfolios, including chilled juice and white milk.
- Support the development of actionable category growth strategies for Chilled Juice aligned with Bega's 5-year commercial plan.
- Translate category strategies into point-of-purchase initiatives to drive sustainable growth across Chilled Juice, White Milk, and other related categories as needed.
- Support grocery range reviews for chilled & ambient juice by translating category strategies into point-of-purchase recommendations.
- Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complexities in various channels.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous FMCG experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and revenue management.
- Experience with data analytics tools like Circana, Quantium, or Synergy is preferred.
