Associate to Her Honour Judge Hinchey: A Challenging Opportunity in the County Court of Victoria

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate to Her Honour Judge Hinchey in the Common Law Division of the County Court of Victoria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level operational, administrative, and technical legal support to Her Honour Judge Hinchey in chambers and in court.
- Work closely with another associate or tipstaff to manage case files, conduct legal research, and prepare written submissions.
- Exercise sound judgment and balance competing demands on your time while working in a complex and demanding environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with court staff, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
- A law degree and/or experience in Victorian legal practice.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and balance competing demands on your time.
