The Supreme Court of Victoria is seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to serve as Associate to the Honourable Justice Moore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of judgments, including proofreading and editing
- Review files and orders
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining court records and preparing material for use by the judge in court
- Prepare research memoranda
- Assist the judge with his duties in managing the Trusts, Equity and Probate List
- Liaise with court staff, the public, the media, and the profession
Requirements:
- Qualified in Law
- Two years of post-qualification experience is desirable
