Job Title: Academic Service Coordinator
 The Academic Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of academic administrative services. This position is responsible for coordinating the administration of academic departments, formulating and implementing policies and procedures, and providing exceptional student support.
 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor academic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate academic staff and provide support for academic student services, including counseling and intervention strategies.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve operational objectives and sustain quality within budget guidelines.
  • Facilitate system compliance and ensure appropriate access to administrative staff.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will have a strong understanding of academic policies and procedures, as well as experience in coordinating and managing administrative tasks.
