Asia Pacific Change and Problem Manager

This is a challenging opportunity to lead and enhance change, incident, and problem management processes across the Asia Pacific region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and managing change requests end-to-end.
- Ensuring stakeholder engagement, approvals, and adherence to change processes.
- Providing insights and reporting on change trends and outcomes.
- Facilitating incident bridges, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records in ITSM tools.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in change, incident, and problem management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven track record of success in change, incident, and problem management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
