Job Title: Salesforce System Administrator

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in Salesforce configuration, user support, and data management? Do you have a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of large-scale platforms?

About the Role:

  • Platform Configuration & Admin:
      Manage Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, workflows, flows, and dashboards.
  • User Support & Adoption:
      Provide day-to-day support across the business to maximise platform value.
  • Data Management & Governance:
      Maintain clean, secure, and accurate data using tools like Data Loader.
  • Release & Change Control:
      Participate in change management processes.
  • System Monitoring & Security:
      Monitor system usage, license consumption, and system health.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, user support, and data management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
