Job Title: Salesforce Systems Administrator
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Salesforce System Administrator to oversee the management, configuration, and optimization of our enterprise Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of Salesforce to support business processes, user needs, and data integrity.
Main Responsibilities- Configuration and Management: Configure and manage Salesforce environments, including user access, roles, profiles, page layouts, workflows, flows, and dashboards.
- Data Quality and Security: Maintain data quality and security, including deduplication, validation, and governance controls.
- User Support and Training: Provide user support and training, driving adoption and best practices.
- Release Cycles and Integrations: Manage release cycles and integrations with other enterprise platforms.
- Marketing Cloud Administration: Administer Marketing Cloud campaigns (Email Studio, Journey Builder), audience segmentation, and automations.
- System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, usage, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Experience: 3–5 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator in medium/large organisations.
- Marketing Cloud Experience: Experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Flows, reporting, dashboards, and data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader).
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator (required or within 6 months).
