About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Buildability Group, a leading specialist in remedial construction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing remedial projects, including concrete repairs, waterproofing, and façade restorations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage remedial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site supervisors, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the remedial construction industry, with knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, façade restoration, and structural upgrades.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction, with a focus on ensuring a safe working environment.
