As we continue to evolve and meet the world's evolving vision needs, we're seeking a dedicated professional to enable sales growth and profitability for our Sun Retail Network, which includes Sunglass Hut, Myer, Ray-Ban, and Oakley stores.

This role will play a crucial part in delivering key operational initiatives aimed at expanding both new and existing channels. You'll focus on continuously developing essential operational components, aligning closely with global objectives, and fostering strong internal business relationships.

Your Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with local & global E-commerce and international Operations teams to provide support for IT and operational activities managed by the Australia Shared Services team
  • Establish and maintain consistent reporting systems on all key projects and initiatives alongside our Commercial Finance team
  • Implement process improvements that lead to a positive impact on store performance
  • Analyse store performance across key initiatives to pinpoint opportunities for support and drive excellence at the store level
  • Work with our Legal team to ensure compliance with the Trade Practices Act and other applicable legislation
  • Coordinate communication and processes for essential store operations, including stocktaking, store audit reporting, and high season support activities
  • Oversee tasks related to the implementation and upkeep of store operational platforms, including SmartShopper, Smartly & Omnichannel delivery options
  • Assist and support in the operational execution of pop-up events and B2B opportunities
