Early Childhood Educator - Diploma

We are seeking a passionate educator to join our Children's Service team at Arthur Dickmann Children's Service as a full-time Diploma holder.

As a valued member of our team, you will be surrounded by dedicated educators who share your commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for children, families, and the community.

You will enjoy the support of our Children's services leadership team, along with your service leader, second-in-charge, and educational leader. Our service prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of all children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality early childhood programs that meet the diverse needs of children and families
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or be actively working towards it
  • Current qualifications and certifications: HLTAID012, CPR - HLTAID009, Criminal History Check, Employee Working with Children Check, Protecting Children - Mandatory reporting and other obligations
