Casual Educator Role

Busy Bees at Shepparton is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Casual Educators. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children to grow and thrive.

  • We have space for 96 children and our centre is designed to foster meaningful learning experiences, strong relationships, and a supportive community.
About the Role

We are looking for Casual Educators who can bring flexibility, enthusiasm, and warmth to our service. As a Casual Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting permanent staff with routines and transitions in different rooms
  • Assisting in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
  • Being available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm
  • Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Bringing energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new environments
  • Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
