Job Description

As an assistant educator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Developing and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to diverse needs and interests
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and improve outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience working with children in an early childhood setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
