Financial Administrator - Youth Services
Role DescriptionThis is a highly specialized role within the Financial Services Division, focusing on ensuring fiscal accountability of juvenile placement funds. As a financial liaison between various stakeholders, you will be responsible for analyzing provider payment data to ensure services are paid in accordance with contracts and funding sources.
You will also be required to review entries in the Juvenile Court Assessment and Tracking System (JCATS) to determine data accuracy and assist in reconciliations with SABHRS. Additionally, you will track and monitor available funding sources to ensure optimal use of appropriated funds and provide budget status reports to probation officers.
As a key member of the team, you will offer fiscal guidance to Chief Probation Officers and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of financial management within the organization.
