Sales and Service Manager

This position is ideal for a retail professional with a strong track record in sales and customer service, as well as experience in team management and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORTING THE STORE MANAGER TO MAXIMISE SALES AND PROFIT PERFORMANCE
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve weekly targets and store standards
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management and co-workers
  • Support recruitment and selection of great talent into the team
  • Collaborate with the Brand Image team on visual merchandising and stock control
  • Drive store operations including WFM/roster management and BoH processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with colleagues
Requirements:
  • Retail Management or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service and performance management
  • Strong merchandise and stock management experience
  • Excellent team player who motivates and mentors others
  • Able to make autonomous decisions when required
  • Strong understanding of fashion and retail trends
