- Ecospective project team is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We have a robust residential project pipeline, ranging across the Northwest growing suburbs.
- Reporting to the Project Director, you will oversee multiple projects and be responsible for all sales-related aspects of the project lifecycle, especially the off-the-plan sales of our flagship projects.

**Your Responsibility**
- You will be a real brand ambassador to promote our business and our projects. You will be responsible for developing, leading and executing our residential development sales strategy and be accountable for commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Set and execute the sales and channel sales strategy
- Driving and managing all the day-to-day activities of sales
