Job Summary

This is a critical role for an Account Manager to lead brand and creative campaigns that make a tangible impact. You will have the opportunity to build your career alongside talented peers and contribute to shaping the future of a dynamic organization.

The Account Manager will be responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, strengthening and growing relationships with high-value clients, driving new client growth, and managing project finances, timelines, and profitability with precision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Scope, quote, and manage complex brand, creative, production, and digital projects—ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensuring all work aligns with client objectives and overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop proposals and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, and support efforts to secure new clients.
  • Represent the organization in high-level client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Oversee the use of time tracking and billing systems to ensure accurate and efficient project and cost management.
  • Negotiate scope changes and project expansions with professionalism and confidence.
  • About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Account Management within a creative or branding agency (desirable).
  • Proven ability to build client trust and deliver long-term value across complex accounts.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with modern PM tools.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development.
  • Solid understanding of branding, creative campaign development, and digital production processes.
  • Skilled in interpreting briefs, scoping and quoting multi-channel project work.
  • Financially literate, with experience managing project budgets and invoicing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including briefing, presenting, and client correspondence.
  • Calm, organised, and able to manage competing priorities with ease.
  • A positive team player who values excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
