Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Leader to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end brand campaigns that drive business growth and brand equity.

Your primary objective will be to create and implement strategic marketing plans that meet or exceed sales targets and enhance the brand's reputation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and leverage this insight to inform your marketing strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading the entire end-to-end marketing and brand strategy, including innovation and NPD focus. You will also create and set the entire marketing mix using actionable insights for New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing, and Promotion initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and branding. You will also need to possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong collaboration and influencing skills
