Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring high standards of food, service, and cleanliness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff performance, training, and rostering.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Implement and maintain procedures for efficient restaurant operations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

About this Role:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and staff management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety and workplace health regulations.

What We Offer:

This is a permanent / full-time position with a salary range of $75-$85,000 per annum.
