">- Lead product governance and disclosure reform initiatives to drive regulatory compliance and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, marketing, and product owners to ensure clear and timely disclosures.
- Influence the development of effective disclosure processes and documentation that meet regulatory requirements.
- Be part of a high-impact team that drives business growth through strategic initiatives.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
">- Tertiary qualification in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in funds management, superannuation, or financial services with exposure to product, legal, or compliance functions.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder skills with a growth mindset focused on disclosure and governance.
- Strong attention to detail and regulatory understanding (legal qualification not required).
