You will place job seekers into sustainable employment, providing them with the necessary skills and support to achieve their career goals.

Market Job Seekers

You will actively market job seekers to potential employers, building relationships and networks to secure employment opportunities.

Labor Market Insights

You will gain an understanding of the local labor market needs and skill our job seekers to meet these demands.

Employee Motivation

You will encourage and motivate job seekers to find their own employment, providing them with the confidence and skills needed to succeed.

Qualifications

  • Motivation and Drive

You must have motivation and drive to achieve customer service and sales targets.

Job Seeker Support

You must be able to motivate and encourage job seekers to achieve their employment goals.

Target Management

You must have proven experience working with targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Caseload Management

You must be able to successfully manage a caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Microsoft Office Skills

You must have intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office.

Previous Experience

Previous employment services experience is highly regarded.

Certification

You must have current police clearance or be able to obtain it.
