Job Responsibilities
  • Managing group training sessions online and face-to-face with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Supporting and guiding participants to identify their skills, abilities, and secure employment in a supportive environment.
  • Developing career development plans for participants to achieve their goals.
  • Organizing, planning, implementing, and facilitating training programs that meet the needs of participants.
  • Building relationships with local employers and community organizations to provide opportunities for participants.
  • Booking industry guest speakers to share their knowledge with participants and enhance their learning experience.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia with a valid visa.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle for transporting participants and resources.
  • Willng to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check as required by law.
