Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with individuals overcoming challenges.
  • Confident communication skills when interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work towards performance metrics and make placements that lead to lasting employment for clients/employers.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
