Administration Officer Position Overview

This fixed-term, full-time position is part of the Facilities Management team at CQUniversity Rockhampton North.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate support services and systems, including reception, fleet management, and procurement processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact at the Rockhampton North office, ensuring smooth operation of facilities services across multiple campus locations.
  • Support continuous improvement in business operations and facilities management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Associate diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety protocols.
