Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional support in our Front Office.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in hospitality, a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, and proficiency in computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high standard of customer service
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Accurately manage reservations and accounts using our booking system
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping team to ensure accommodation readiness
  • Supply guests with information about our property and local attractions
  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
  • Build strong relationships with park staff, residents, and guests
Requirements
  • Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a front office role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of RMS or similar software
  • Ability to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain financial accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexible availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Current driver's license
