Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a welcoming Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our park. You will provide excellent customer service, process guest check-ins and outs, make reservations, and complete day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high standards of customer service
  • Process guest arrivals and departures
  • Efficiently use booking systems to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping teams to track accommodation readiness
  • Supply guests with information about property and local attractions
  • Complete day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Maintain strong working relationships with staff, residents, and guests
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field
  • PASSION FOR PROVIDING OUTSTANDING GUEST EXPERIENCES
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of RMS or similar systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Accurate handling of cash transactions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • A valid driver's license
