The Finance Analyst will develop financial models and forecasts to assess our corporate structure, investments and contracting opportunities. Through data collection and summarizing, the analyst builds complex reports to ensure well-informed financial decisions are made.

This is a full-time two-year opportunity based in Brisbane with flexibility to work from home.

About you:

  • Minimum Bachelor qualification in economics, commerce, finance or related discipline
  • Strong corporate finance experience developing, reviewing and auditing financial models
  • Extensive experience in reporting and systems for financial analysis and reporting
  • Proven experience in identifying and developing tools to evaluate financial risk
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and interpretational skills
  • Excellent financial problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of attention to detail and accurate analysis
  • Ability to contribute broadly and build relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the National Energy Market is highly regarded
