This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the full investment lifecycle, focusing on financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and project performance forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and refine three-way financial models to assess the viability of complex land subdivision projects.
  • Analyse and challenge key financial assumptions across multistage development feasibility models.
  • Conduct detailed project-level reforecasting to evaluate performance and profitability over time.
  • Support the structuring of debt and equity arrangements across active and prospective investments.
  • Calculate and interpret project and equity IRRs, NAV, and other critical investment metrics.
Requirements:
  • Approximately 5 years' experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, corporate advisory, or real estate investment environments.
  • Proven ability in financial modelling, with expertise in building and interrogating detailed, dynamic Excel models from scratch.
  • Desirable exposure to property or real estate investment, particularly in residential land or built form development.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical rigour, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, driven attitude with genuine interest in the property sector.
