Job Description

We are seeking a skilled investment analyst to join our team. As an investment analyst, you will play a key role in assessing investment opportunities, structuring debt and equity, and preparing decision-making insights for senior stakeholders.

Your primary responsibility will be to build, manage, and refine 3-way financial models to assess the performance and viability of complex land subdivision projects. You will also analyze and challenge key financial assumptions across multistage development feasibility models.

In addition, you will conduct detailed project-level reforecasting to assess performance and profitability over time. You will assist in the structuring of debt and equity arrangements across active and prospective investments.

You will calculate and interpret project and equity IRRs, NAV, and other critical investment metrics. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, joint venture partners, lenders, consultants, and senior leadership.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a top-tier consulting, investment banking, corporate advisory, or real estate investment environment.
  • Proven strength in financial modelling, with the ability to build and interrogate detailed, dynamic Excel models from the ground up.
  • Exposure to property or real estate investment is highly desirable – particularly across residential land or built form development.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical rigour, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, driven attitude with a genuine interest in the property sector.
