Financial Modelling Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to support asset acquisitions and divestments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with due diligence and data validation for transactions, analysing market research to identify investment trends and key drivers, compiling financial benchmarks for acquisition opportunities, and updating and maintaining manuals, registers, and reports.
About You:- You should be a numerate person with impeccable attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate good understanding of property valuation techniques, investment theory, and property analysis/return measures.
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 1 year's experience within the Capital Transactions team or as an assistant valuer/analyst, a degree in Property Economics, and the ability to be granted registration as a Valuer. Knowledge and experience in due diligence processes for institutional grade property investments are also essential. Furthermore, the ability to develop proficiency in Argus and Forbury modelling software is necessary.
The Ideal Candidate:- You must be able to identify critical issues and risks during investment analysis and modelling.
