Expert Claims Resolution Advisor

- Review and identify claims that do not fall within policy scope, ensuring the correct outcome has been made.
- Liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and draft documentation as required.
- Develop customer relationships to meet their needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
About You:
- Demonstrated claims management experience in a complex Customer Service environment.
- Ability to deliver high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
- Possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation.
- High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems and communication tools.
