Outbound Customer Liaison

We are looking for an Outbound Customer Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to locate and negotiate repayment plans.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with negotiation, and has strong communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and meet sales targets.

About the Role

  • Make outbound calls to customers to locate and negotiate repayment plans
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and meet sales targets
