- Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Minimum 5-6 years of Customer Service experience.
- Proven ability to strongly develop & up-skill teams / performance.
- Experience working within the fitness & wellness industry highly regarded.
- Clear commitment to your own development & progression.
